I moved to Preston when I was 4 years old and there weren't many kids living on our street and none my age. I went looking for friends and I found Marge. She always called me Giggles and I called her Funny Face. I would show up to her house and be greeted by a joke and given a treat. She would sit with me and listen to my silly stories and she made me feel important. She was such a kind and wonderful lady who made a huge impact on who I am today. To her family, I am so sorry for your loss and I thank you for sharing her with me.
Iam so sorry for your loss. I know she will be missed so much. May it help to know that others pray for your peace and comfort at this time.
Marge was a great lady. She was my visiting teacher when I first moved to Preston. She was very clever and quick witted. She use to always have a little saying that you had to think about for awhile before you could figure out she was "pulling your leg". We had many little giggles relishing her sense of humor. I enjoyed her sitting in the foyer at the Church and she would always greet us when we walked by on the way to the chapel. Maybe she will be there to greet us when it's our turn. She will be missed. Prayers and happy thoughts to the family. Thanks for being "just you" MissMarge.
