Smithfield, UT

Kyler Mason McCulloch, affectionately known as "K-why," passed away on January 18, 2024, in Las Vegas, NV, at the age of 36. Born on December 29, 1987, in Logan, UT to Trina and Mike McCulloch, Kyler had a vibrant personality that left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

Kyler was a talented carpenter and handyman who possessed the unique ability to build anything he set his mind to. His craftsmanship was exceptional and his creations will forever stand as a testament to his skill and dedication.

However, Kyler's true essence shone through his ability to bring laughter into people's lives. With a great sense of humor and an infectious smile, he had an uncanny talent for making those around him burst into laughter. His comedic presence was a constant source of joy for all who knew him.

One of Kyler's most cherished memories was spending time with his family in the backyard, hosting barbeques filled with love and laughter. He thoroughly enjoyed these moments, surrounded by loved ones while sharing delicious meals and listening to music that uplifted their spirits.

In addition to his love for family gatherings, Kyler had a deep passion for sports. He played quarterback during his high school years and continued to foster his love for football and basketball by coaching others in these sports. Whether on the field or on the sidelines, Kyler's enthusiasm was unmatched as he guided young athletes toward success.

Beyond his numerous talents and interests, Kyler was known for his love of glazed carrots—an endearing quirk that added charm to his character. His unique personality also manifested through his ability to effortlessly connect with others by sharing captivating "short" stories that always seemed to be longer than anticipated. His conversations were fueled by kindness and genuine interest in those around him.

Music held a special place in Kyler's heart and he had a remarkable talent for creating a unique vibe with everyone he encountered. His love for music enhanced his ability to bring people together and foster deep connections through a shared passion.

Kyler's accomplishments extended far beyond his professional pursuits. He was selfless, always willing to give the shirt off his back to help those in need. He possessed an exceptional ability to make friends with everyone he met, cultivating relationships and leaving a lasting impact on their lives.

Kyler's memory will forever be cherished by his surviving family and friends, including his Mother, Trina McCulloch; Father, Mike McCulloch; Sister, Lindsey McCulloch (and her husband, Payton Smith); Sister, Mykayl McCulloch Heiner (and her husband, Zack Heiner); Kade McCulloch (Brother) Taylee Mae (Daughter), Mason McCulloch (Son), Best Friend, Tawnee Hansen, Uncle Charles Dunsey (and his wife Janeth Alvarado), Uncle Scott Dunsey (and his wife Kandie Dunsey), Uncle Eric Dunsey (and his wife Ashley Williams), Uncle Mike Dunsey, and Uncle Troi Ford. Kyler is preceded in Death by his Grandparents, Ralph McCulloch and Thelma McCulloch, Cousin Sarah Lucero & many Lifelong Friends.

Kyler Mason McCulloch's vivacity will forever remain etched in the hearts and memories of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
